About the Role
Flakeb00k is seeking a dynamic, organized, and creatively driven Sticker Project Coordinator to lead a street-level art campaign. This project invites a cohort of interns to creatively place and document the use of our limited edition Flakeb00k sticker collection. The Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and supporting this cohort throughout the 3-month experience. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about art, culture-jamming, digital freedom, and building creative communities.
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable leading a group and giving clear directions.
Familiar with social media platforms and grassroots content strategies.
Based in NYC (or able to attend in-person meetups).
21+, and comfortable with provocative and expressive art content.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in art, media, creative direction, or community organizing.
Experience managing interns or volunteers.
Familiarity with the Flakeb00k brand, mission, and aesthetic.
Previous coordination of creative projects or events
Coordinator Responsibilities – Sticker Project
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in reviewing intern applications with LinkedIn or direct website link provided by Flakeb00k.
Coordinate interviews and help select the final cohort.
Ensure all cohort members complete the onboarding form and internship agreement.
Cohort Communication
Be the main point of contact for all interns.
Create and manage a group chat or email thread to maintain consistent communication.
Schedule and host the weekly Zoom meetings with the cohort.
Meetup Organization
Plan at least 2–4 onsite creative sessions in NYC or Brooklyn.
Scout interesting locations for sticker placement and content creation.
Coordinate times and ensure participation from cohort members.
Creative Oversight
Guide interns on creative ways to use and place Flakeb00k stickers.
Review submitted content to ensure it meets quality, style, and brand guidelines.
Approve sticker placements and social posts before public sharing when needed.
Social Media Coordination
Collect and organize all content created during the project.
Collaborate with the Flakeb00k team to schedule social media posts.
Ensure interns tag @flakeb00k and use any designated hashtags.
Project Documentation
Keep records of intern attendance, participation, and content delivery.
Track fulfillment of internship credits (minimum of 10 sessions).
Provide a final report summarizing intern involvement and project outcomes.
Support & Guidance
Help interns align with the Flakeb00k mission of artistic freedom and anti-censorship.
Offer creative feedback and encouragement.
Foster a supportive and expressive team culture.
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Flakeb00k (“Disclosing Party”) and the Sticker Project Coordinator “Jackie Kearney” (“Receiving Party”) as of the date of signature below.
1. Purpose
The Coordinator will have access to confidential materials, ideas, and strategies related to the Flakeb00k Sticker Project and agrees to protect this information from unauthorized use or disclosure.
2. Definition of Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:
Internal communications, schedules, and cohort materials.
Original artwork, sticker designs, product plans.
Social media strategy, branding documents, project outlines.
Names and contact information of interns and collaborators.
Any other materials marked confidential or reasonably understood to be proprietary in nature.
3. Obligations of Receiving Party
The Coordinator agrees to:
Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information.
Not disclose, copy, reproduce, or share confidential materials with any third party without written permission.
Use confidential information solely for the purpose of carrying out project duties related to the Flakeb00k Sticker Project.
4. Ownership
All content, media, visuals, copy, and strategies developed during the project, whether independently or collaboratively, remain the exclusive property of Flakeb00k. The Coordinator shall not claim ownership or commercial use rights to any materials or ideas developed under this agreement.
5. Duration
This agreement is effective from the signature date below and will remain in effect:
For the duration of the Coordinator’s active involvement with Flakeb00k.
And indefinitely with respect to proprietary content and intellectual property, even after the role has ended.
6. Return or Deletion of Materials
Upon completion or termination of the role, the Coordinator agrees to:
Return all confidential materials (digital or physical) upon request.
Delete any internal files from personal devices or accounts.
7. Breach and Remedies
Any breach of this agreement may result in legal action, termination of any agreement or freelance work, and removal from current and future projects with Flakeb00k.
8. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
